This Notice explains how MVPGROW INC. uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on Kollate websites and applications.

1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage is a browser feature that keeps data on your device without sending it automatically with each request. Similar technologies include pixels, software development kits, and scripts that read device or interaction information. In this Notice, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies unless a distinction matters.
2. How we use them

Exact names and durations can change as browsers and providers update their services. We will update this Notice when a change is material.
4. Your choices
Analytics remains off on this website unless you accept it. You can withdraw or renew consent at any time. Withdrawing consent tells analytics to stop future optional collection and removes accessible Kollate-domain Google Analytics cookies; it cannot retroactively erase data already processed. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies, though blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Because browser storage is generally origin-specific, you may need to set a preference separately on kollate.ai and app.kollate.ai until a shared preference control is deployed.
5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Kollate does not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or advertising share to opt out of through Global Privacy Control. We do not currently respond to general “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent industry standard for them. Consent controls described above remain available.

We may update this Notice as our technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Contact us with questions or requests.
